Find Me Sales in Google Cloud Orbit
Find Me Sales is participating in the week long Google Cloud Orbit program which is a deep dive into Google Cloud provided by the Google for Startups program. The course covers Infrastructure Modernisation, Data & Smart Analytics, Application Modernisation and Machine Learning. Each day is themed around the topics and covers the relevant areas of the Google Cloud Platform. Join us to look at how Find Me Sales leverages each of these elements in our services.
Infrastructure and Application Modernisation
Find Me Sales is built on a modern web architecture that is ready to scale, but scale is something relative! This look at infrastructure and application monitoring helps to understand how to take an application truly global using the Google Cloud Platform. By using Cloud Functions and Managed Instance Groups you can make your application almost instantly available anywhere on the planet! As Find Me Sales grows to serve new territories we plan to utilise more of the Google architecture to continue to deliver a responsive and available service.
Data & Smart Analytics
Storing vast amounts of data and being able to offer insights and analytics into it is a huge challenge. Especially when you take the situation global. This theme looks at database solutions and options from Firebase to BigQuery. It’s amazing to learn about solutions that can be instantly available anywhere on the planet by utilising Google’s internal infrastructure that spans the globe. We look forward to passing on analytical insights to our customers when we launch reports later in the year.
Machine Learning
One of the core elements of Find Me Sales is the artificial intelligence that enables us to read websites and extract relevant insights. Google AI is a huge step up when it comes to natural language processing and machine learning. By leveraging Google AI, accuracy can be increased over many other platforms. The Machine Learning day of Google Cloud Orbit gives an overview of all the different features the Google AI has to offer. We have already built many exciting new features into our development schedule that utilise Google AI and we’re looking forward to getting inspiration for many more.
