December ‘22 Update
We hope you enjoyed the Christmas festive break as much as we did at Find Me Sales. We kept busy, with a majority of our focus on working with customers to improve existing features. We started by launching the new Leadsearch workflow, before moving onto improving the tag system. We also launched a newsletter, with accompanying sign up form. Finally, we streamlined our Gather API to make Google searches more robust. Stick around to hear more about these topics and what we have coming up for you.
Leadsearch Overhaul Launch
We launched the new version of Leadsearch in December. This was the biggest Find Me Sales product offering change since February when Leadsearch was first launched. People like being able to filter the Companies House database, but felt intimidated by having to choose to analyse the companies straight away, without being able to review them first. So this month we launched a big change, allowing you to add as many leads as you like to your CRM, then choosing to analyse them with our AI or manually add the data yourself. This is part of a general move towards openness that we are starting to make.
Newsletter
This month we launched the first Find Me Sales newsletter. You can find the new signup form at the bottom of each guest page. Sign up to get benefits including exclusive discounts, insights and our monthly newsletter delivered to your inbox. The software to make this happen has all been developed internally to give you full control over opt outs. Privacy and user choice are at the heart of what we do with Find Me Sales and we’re glad to say that this way your data does not have to be shared with any third parties.
Gather API Changes
Our Gather API is what springs into action when you choose to analyse a lead. It performs a Google search to find the business website, before visiting to read all the pages linked from the homepage. Some users were experiencing a timeout that made the companies never finish analysing. We made changes to save progress throughout the analysis process and Google search, which has fixed the problem going into the future.
Looking forward
We’re looking forward to an exciting January, as we get off to the New Year with a bang. We’re going to start marketing for the first time, to start spreading the message about Find Me Sales. We also plan to make the signup process even easier, so more people can access our services more quickly. We’re going to launch notifications next month so you get alerted on the dashboard when you get new actions or companies have finished analysing.
