February ‘22 Update
Hello and welcome to the February Update! We’ve been busy during this shorter month, starting in week 1 with the public release of Leadsearch - our searchable database of 4.9m UK companies. We also updated our logo, thanks to feedback from our customers. We rounded out the month by updating our registration pages and checkouts to make it easier to register for the service. Leadsearch
Leadsearch went live to all users in the first week of February. This new upgrade to the service allows users to search 4.9m UK businesses, then choose which they would like to analyse using our Gather API. The initial feedback has been fantastic, and we’re happy to say that since launching we’ve analysed thousands of companies for our customers. People particularly like the ability to count different customer segments. We’ll be continuing to build out Leadsearch in the coming months based on user feedback.
New Logo
Our old logo stood us in good stead during the initial launch of Find Me Sales but now we have a larger team with smarter input, we decided to update the logo. We chose to round the corners to give the logo a more friendly feel. We also played around with the different heights of and within the bars to reinforce how Find Me Sales helps your business grow faster. We hope you like the new look and we continue to thank everyone for their feedback to help improve the service.
Registration Simplification
We have started looking at all areas of the site to make it easier to use, starting with the signup and payment process. We looked at all the form fields that we were asking for and realised that some were pretty irrelevant or could be added at a future time. We got rid of those fields and changed a few other things to simplify the process. We like to use software to make everything easier for our users so we now ask for a ‘full name’ and the software detects and separate your first and last name. We’ve significantly boosted conversion rate since adding the new pages.
Looking forward
We’ve shuffled the development schedule thanks to the help of our accelerator growth coaches and mentors from Innovate UK and Natwest to prioritise other features. Monitor is moving back in place of Campaigns - which we can’t wait to share. We also have Google Cloud Orbit coming up, which is a deep-dive into the Google Cloud and Google AI software run by the Google Cloud Startup Program. We look forward to sharing more with you soon!
