January '23 Update
Welcome to our January round-up where we share the latest product and company news from Find Me Sales. We had a great start to the year releasing notifications, new employee and turnover filters on Leadsearch, improved Sales Actions and an updated Leads page. Stay with us to hear a little about each of these changes and find out what we have in store for next month.
Notifications
We started the month by releasing notifications that appear in your top navigation bar when one of a few conditions are met. The most obvious notification is when there are new Sales Actions to take. By clicking on the notification bell you can see pending Sales Actions that you can take by clicking on the notification to generate the relevant action whether that be on social media or email. You also get notifications when you receive new company information. We have big plans for the notifications system going forward that we can’t wait to share.
Leadsearch Employee and Turnover Filters
After the Leadsearch overhaul last month we looked at adding new filters that our clients have recently requested. The two new filters we implemented were employee count and turnover filters. These new filters help you filter companies by the amount of employees at the business or the level of turnover. This data specifies which type of accounts a company files and we used this as the basis to get these numbers so you can narrow down the search for the perfect leads.
Sales Actions
The Sales Actions page needed a little love, as it wasn’t saving updated row count. This meant that if you wanted to see 50 actions at a time, took one, and then went back it would show you the default number of actions. We’re glad to say that this is now fixed and we welcome the feedback on how this has improved the effectiveness of Sales Actions.
Leads Page
We spent some time this month improving and polishing the Leads page. Some users were experiencing a delay when adding tags to leads so we re-built the tagging system to work on our server not your browser, which has fixed the issue. We also got reports of some difficulties with the Leadsboard under certain search filter criteria so we got that fixed and released as well.
Looking forward
The pace of development continues through February as we look to release a number of improvements and new features. For the regulars out there that may have noticed that we didn’t release the streamlined sign up and sign in, this has been pushed to February as we went big on the features to make it the best it can be. We are also in discussions around a few different research partnerships that we will soon announce. Now that we have rolled out improvements to most pages, we’re looking forward to working on several exciting new features that we look forward to sharing with you soon.
