June ‘22 Update

We hope you’re enjoying Summer as much as we are, and we’re excited to share what we’ve been busy doing. Automation launched at the start of the month and we will share how customers have been putting it to good use. It was London Tech Week where we attended the AI Summit (and pitched at their ‘Into the Den’ event) and also CogX. Towards the end of June we started the first in a series of mini releases and upgrades for Leadsearch - our database of 5m UK businesses. Finally, we share what to look out for next month while looking forward.

Automation Full Launch

For regulars of these updates, you’ll know that Automation was launched in user trials at the end of last month. These tests went better than expected so we were able to roll the automation features out to all users earlier than planned. The feedback has been good, with customers commenting on the ease of creating flows and following actions. Having a list of sales actions to take each morning is already translating to more sales for those customers using automation on the platform. We hope you agree and the sales campaigns, automation flows and sales actions prove useful for you.

London Tech Week / AI Summit / CogX

London Tech Week is an amazing opportunity to meet like-minded people that work in technology. This year, Find Me Sales went to CogX, which featured a number of stages around the Knowledge Quarter in Kings Cross, and the AI Summit at Tobacco Docks. The AI Summit hosted talks, presentations and exhibitors from across the world of artificial intelligence. At the London Tech Week drinks party we were invited by law firm Taylor Vinters to pitch at their ‘Into the Den’ competition at the AI Summit. We accepted and took part in a pitch to judges alongside 30 AI companies of all sizes. We didn’t win but it was amazing to take part and we’ve even had some of the judges sign up to use Find Me Sales!

Leadsearch Improvement

The final week of June saw the initial release of the Leadsearch improvement mini-series. Leadsearch is our database that provides filterable access to the Companies House database. There are roughly 5 million businesses and our customers have suggested plenty of ways to improve navigating the data. The first of the mini-releases - go to page - helps move through larger data sets of companies. We have already coded more improvements that we’re keen to share at the beginning of July. As part of the general improvements, we also upgraded the database servers so the filters and searches give even faster results.

Looking forward

Heading into July we are keen to keep up the fast pace of releases. The Leadsearch improvements will take us through the beginning of July before starting on the next larger feature: Monitor (which will help you generate sales triggers). We've been looking forward to Monitor for a while, and we’re happy to say that development has already started and is well underway. We’ll hopefully get Monitor completed in July and out for user trials - if not a full release! We hope you enjoyed this update and we look forward to seeing you next month. Have a lovely time till then!
