November 21 Update

November has been an exciting month as we’ve welcomed many new users after rolling out a host of new services. The month began with the launch of the first few of our advanced email features - delivery and read receipts. We then implemented a new font design across the site to make everything easier to read. We held our second round of customer 1-1s which led to some amazing feedback that added some really exciting and useful features to the roadmap. We also attended London & Partners Connect for the launch of London Leaders Network. Stay with us for more on each.

Email delivery and read receipts

We’re happy to roll out the first two of our advanced email features. We now provide delivery receipts for emails sent through the Find Me Sales platform. These give you further information on email bounces so you can tell if the domain or email server doesn’t work. You now also get read receipts when a contact opens an email from you. This works with most email providers (although Apple mail has recently introduced new privacy features which sometimes don’t count all opens). This feature really helps to shape an approach to a potential lead.

Font design change

Since the launch we’ve used Open Sans as the font on the website, but that all changed this month as we switched to Montserrat. We weren’t happy with the way Open Sans looked on the site as we released more features that resulted in more text on the screen. We opted for Montserrat for its sleek, clean readability and introduced extra letter spacing to amplify the font's natural qualities. The eagle-eyed out there will notice that the images on the site haven’t been updated yet but we’ll share the reason why a little later.

Customer 1-1s

We hold quarterly 1-1s with the most active users over the timeframe. This helps to ensure that we get regular feedback on the product so we can improve the service. The feedback we received in these 1-1s was amazing, and has led to a huge shift in the development roadmap as we move to implement some of the feedback. We’ve already made the onboarding process much easier as a result and we’re about to launch a major new feature that will enhance the whole experience.

London & Partners Connect

We attended London & Partners Connect at the Barbican Conservatory for the launch of London & Partners Leaders Network. This was an amazing opportunity to introduce Find Me Sales to a wider audience of business leaders from the London network. It was also great to meet up with so many businesses from the Business Growth Programme cohort that we joined. We actually generated so many sign-ups from a Linkedin post after that we had to halt marketing activities for a fortnight to keep up with demand!

Looking forward

The feedback we received from the customer 1-1s led us to delay our epic and roll it into the launch of the next big upgrade. The upgrade is going to completely overhaul the initial lead search process, and the way that people use the Find Me Sales service. When we started, we didn’t think that this upgrade was possible, but thanks to our closer relationship with Google, we are looking to launch next month. We wish we could share the exciting development that happened this week as part of it but unfortunately we have to keep it under wraps until the next update.
