November ‘23 Update
Welcome to our November update - we’re happy to have you with us! October was a busy month that saw us roll out the ability to pay your subscription in 103 different currencies. Another big change this month was the scrapping of our free trial and the move to freemium. We also improved the live chat feature to improve support. Finally, we got featured in our first press publication for UKT News. Settle down and join us for a dive into each of these features, before we share what we have planned for December.
We’re delighted to announce that you can now subscribe to Find Me Sales in 103 different currencies. When you visit the pricing page, we now try our best to show you the pricing in a currency that is relevant to you. You can also update the pricing to subscribe in any of the other currencies we now accept if the default currency isn’t to your liking. You can do this by clicking on the flag in the top right of the pricing page and choosing your favourite currency flag. This was a big feature to pull off in a month, but we felt it is crucial to offer localised pricing as we expanded our Leadsearch database to work in every country.
Since the very beginning of Find Me Sales, we offered a one week free trial to try all elements of the service. After this point, when you logged in it asked you to renew or you couldn’t use Find Me Sales anymore. We felt that this was a bit harsh and that there were elements of the platform that we could continue to provide that would add value to earlier stage founders and SMEs. So this month we turned the platform into a freemium model, meaning you can continue to use the CRM aspects of the service free forever. You can also use some of the more advanced features in a limited way, before subscribing when you’re ready to use more.
We’ve had live chat for a while, but there were a few issues that prevented some users from getting the best from it. For example, on some mobile devices, it sometimes didn’t connect so users could only send us a message and not chat. So we spent time in November improving the live chat service across devices so it now works everywhere. When we aren’t connected, you can still send us through a message using the same icon in the bottom right of the screen.
We got an exciting alert on LinkedIn at the beginning of the month, telling us that we had been featured in UKT News. The UK Tech News team wrote a glowing write-up of the Find Me Sales platform, highlighting various aspects of the service as innovative and unique. The article generated much positive feedback on our social channels, which was lovely to hear. We’re just glad that the product is getting to a point where people are happy using it.
December is typically a quieter month for most businesses, but at Find Me Sales, it presents an opportunity for us to rapidly develop features that were deferred earlier in the year. The main one, that astute readers will notice has been touted in the last two updates, is the upgrade to our Gather API. This reads websites for information, and we’re overdue a makeover so we can scale better. We also have a huge new feature planned for January called Saleswriter - that will write personalised sales emails for you. We can’t say more than that, but stay tuned, as it’s almost ready.
