October '23 Update
Hello from Find Me Sales as we move into Autumn. We’ve been busy doing some house-keeping to support our growth throughout October. We started with focus on stabilising and increasing the speed and reliability of Global Leadsearch which was launched last month. Also, we spent some time building out some user requested features which have been on the development list for a while. Finally, Find Me Sales celebrated its 2nd birthday and passed 1000 LinkedIn followers. Let’s dive into each topic in more detail before looking forward at what we have coming up next.
Speed and Reliability
Over Summer we released many new features, ending up with Global Leadsearch, which expands the database to 200m+ businesses in every country in the World. While this is great and exciting, it also introduced a few bugs that needed some attention. So to start October we addressed many of the issues that were causing problems. We also looked at increasing the speed of searches (particularly in the UK where the Companies House database is used). We’re happy to say that these improvements are now live so we have a faster and more reliable system that is ready for further scale.
User Feature Requests
There was also a growing list of user requested features that hadn’t been addressed while building out Global Leadsearch. These ranged from links to Company Directors on Linkedin to being able to filter the social page by different social media channels. We worked really hard to release as many requests as possible, so we hope you enjoy using the new features to help find sales. Our 2nd Birthday and 1000 LinkedIn Followers
Find Me Sales turned 2 in October. Since our launch with an MVP, the platform has grown steadily to where it is today. It’s been an amazing ride so far and we’re looking forward to many more years to come. The birthday celebrations happily coincided with passing 1000 LinkedIn followers, which is quite the milestone. We post on LinkedIn often, with sales advice, stats and more, so head over and give the page a follow. If you’re already following, then thank you!
Looking forward
We spent the end of October looking at how we can improve the service for international users. We decided that just accepting British Pound Sterling was no longer an option, so November will see the release of more currency options for your subscription. We also didn’t have time to make the improvements to the Gather API to find and research companies so it looks like this will be completed in November as well. We can’t wait to share all these exciting improvements and more in our next update, so make sure to check back soon. Until then, have an amazing November!
