September '21 Update
Welcome to our September update. It’s been a busy month for Find Me Sales, attending London Tech Week events and rolling out new features. We are happy to report that we completed live chat, so you can speak to us when we're online from any page on the site on both desktop and mobile. It’s easier than ever before to build relationships as you can now view Twitter feeds directly from the lead page. We also totally rebuilt the pricing, upgrade and renew pages to better communicate the features we offer.
Live chat
We’re excited to launch live chat across all pages of our website on both desktop and mobile. This gives our growing customer base access to members of the team when they are online. The build is completely custom, meaning we could include plenty of rich features and enhanced security, as your data stays within the Find Me Sales ecosystem. When there are no available members of our team, you can contact us using a contact form, accessible from the same message button in the bottom right of any screen.
Twitter feeds
If we find a Twitter account for your lead, you can now view their feed directly on the leads page. This gives you better insights into what has recently happened at a prospective sales lead. You’re only ever a click away from interacting on Twitter itself so you can build the relationship with your favourite future customers. This feature paves the way for an epic milestone that we’ve been working towards for some time and look forward to revealing in the very near future.
Brand new pricing / upgrade / renew pages
We completely overhauled our pricing pages for a better user experience. We were keen to communicate all of the benefits of Find Me Sales so we built a responsive table with all the features. You can find out more information about each feature by clicking on it. We hope you find it easier to choose between different subscription plans.
Events
London Tech Week ran from the 20th - 24th September and although most of the events were online, we managed to attend three in-person events. During London Tech Week we visited the AI Summit at Excel which saw a good attendance and we had plenty of meetings. The action started a week early for us with Technology, AI & Cyber Live at Tobacco Docks which we visited on the 16th. The event was run by BizClick Media and hosted some great speakers. On Monday 27th we attended ‘Save our startups - innovation under threat’ from SFC Capital where we met with investors and scale ups after a panel discussion.
Looking forward
Now that some of the front end housekeeping items are completed post soft-launch, we’re moving back to building new features on the backend. We’ve already started improving the email mail client to give you more visibility on the emails you’re sending to prospective clients, while helping you comply with the latest data protection regulations. This also includes email alerts to help you keep on track of all your new leads and prioritise your valuable sales time. We also have an epic feature that we’ve been developing for some time and are excited to share with you soon. We hope you have an amazing October!
