September ‘22 Update

Welcome to our September Update! We have plenty to share with you, as it’s been an action-packed month. First up, we were invited back for our 2nd Cohort of the NatWest Entrepreneur Accelerator. We have been busy on the product with big upgrades to the Leads Page (following on from the Lead page last month). We finished the month with a complete overhaul of the Guest User pages and navigation menu. We’ll also share a little about the Bloomberg Technology Summit that our founder Will attended and a Podcast interview he recorded for The Leaders Council. We’ll finish by sharing what we have in store looking forward, so let us begin!

NatWest Entrepreneur Accelerator

We joined our first cohort on the NatWest Entrepreneur Accelerator in February 2022. The program invited us back for the next cohort and we happily accepted as it comes packed with benefits. The program was recently voted best in the UK by Beauhurst, the platform that tracks high-growth companies, investors and accelerators. Our first cohort was amazing thanks to our 1-1 coaching sessions with our Enterprise Account Manager, cohort community events and workshops. We thank NatWest for the opportunity to continue accelerating our growth.

Leads Page Upgrade

The Leads page shows you all your leads in one place, with the last big upgrade being a Kanban board so you could track your sales progress. As some of our clients are now working with hundreds of leads on the platform, we worked together to make some big changes. Most of the changes focus on organisation, but to work them in we updated the look of the leads. You can now see most of the lead contact information from both the Kanban Board and the leads table. You can also add tags to individual leads directly on the page as well. Archive leads that aren’t suitable or are no longer relevant, and they will be stored in the new Archive page. For simplicity we added a search filter that filters both the Kanban board and the leads table. Finally, you can now add tags, archive or add automation to multiple leads at a time. I know that some of you have been waiting for this upgrade for a while, so thank you for your patience.

Guest User Pages And Menu

As the product has grown, the guest pages haven’t been able to keep up. The pages needed to be updated to reflect the product and the menu was instrumental in communicating the expanded message. We decided to rename the menu headers into products and solutions to make our offering easier to understand. We split the product into distinct sections, which helps to understand the overall offering in more bite-sized chunks. The menu now presents you with all these options so users can explore the site at their own pace and according to their own interests.

Bloomberg Technology Summit

Our founder Will was invited to the Bloomberg Technology Summit. The event was attended by venture capital investors, private equity houses and technology founders of high-growth and established businesses. The Summit featured a series of talks and panel discussions on emerging and enduring topics around technology and the financial backdrop to the industry. We were happy to speak with so many people who expressed interest in Find Me Sales and our real-time database.

Leaders Council Podcast

The Leaders Council of Great Britain and Northern Ireland requested an interview with founder Will to discuss his business journey and plans for Find Me Sales. In the podcast they cover AI, the Mini Budget (that was being announced live during the recording), entrepreneurship, technology, SEIS changes, and how Find Me Sales is planning to scale in the current economic climate. Looking forward

We have plenty more in store for October and beyond as we head into Q4. Now that we’ve released a bunch of usability features that people have been requesting, we are free to focus on brand new product features. Monitor (that helps you monitor Twitter for sales triggers) testing is ongoing, and its release is likely to be superseded by a brand new feature that we’ve been working on with the Digital Catapult Machine Intelligence Garage. We can’t share too much about it just now but our focus groups have told us that it will be a sales game-changer. We look forward to sharing more with you next month, but until then, have an amazing Autumn!
